DeMarini Sports had reason to rejoice in 1992. The three-year-old business had moved up a rung on the proverbial success scale, from a dirt-floored barn to a much larger metal shack. “It was a huge step for us,” Ray DeMarini remembered from the batting cage of DeMarini Sport’s current Bat Industrial Complex. “The new shop was bigger and more storm-proof.”
